Assignment Support Drop-In Session for Students
Finding reliable sources of information, reading critically, and referencing accurately are all essential elements of the assignment completion process. While these practices are fundamental to producing strong assignments, they can also present challenges for students. Completing assignments can be demanding but remains one of the key ways in which students can demonstrate their learning, understanding, and subject knowledge.
In the library, we recognise the challenges that students frequently face when working on assignments. To help make the process a little easier, we are hosting an informal session that brings students and library staff together to discuss the common experiences and obstacles encountered when working on assignments.
Through open and relaxed conversation, we aim to offer students support and address any difficulties that they may be facing with their assignments, while also providing practical guidance to strengthen the research and writing process.
